Visiting the website

No accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising. This website has no sign-in, sets no cookies and does not load analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, external fonts or other third-party scripts.
Delivery and server logs. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare's network from a server operated by Tulix Systems in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The server writes a log line for each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type and the referring page). These logs are used for operation and security; they are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days. Cloudflare processes requests under its own policies.

The contact form

What is sent. The topic you choose, your email address, your message and, if you fill them in, your name and organization.
What happens to it. Our server checks the form and sends it as an email to the Ettix team through the email delivery service SMTP2GO. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you. The website does not store the message in a database, and its logs record only that a message was sent and its topic, not its content or your email address.
Where it is received. The message is delivered to the Ettix team's mailbox on the mail server for ettix.com, operated by Tulix Systems.
Abuse protection. To limit spam, the server counts recent submissions per IP address in memory for up to 24 hours. These counters are not written to disk.
How long emails are kept. Contact form messages we receive are kept for up to 6 months and then deleted.

Ettix applications

Site Builder, Clarity Studio, Clarity Photo and ORIP each run on their own address with their own terms, pricing and privacy policy, linked from each product page. Those documents apply when you use the application; this page does not describe them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. To ask about data you sent us, use the contact form.
